 Reports Overview
The AMS reports are broken up into different categories:
Absence Control, Timesheets Management, Expensesheet Management, Timeclock Control, Office Diary
Customised reports can be generated if you purchase Keogh Software's Report Builder. Report Builder comes as an add-on.
Reports can be exported to a different file format e.g. Text file, Lotus 123 Worksheeet,
Quattro Pro Worksheet, MS Excel, JPEG, CSS, HTML, Richtext Document, Acrobat PDF.

 User Access
The User Access parameter allows you to provide users with a login name and a password to use the system. The User Access
parameter screen differs visually from the standard parameter screen.
It contains a data grid and add and delete buttons like the other screens but it
has other additional features, specific to its function. This is only relevant to users of the professional multi-user version.

 User Profiles
The User Profiles screen allows you to set each user profile option within the system.

 Security Groups
Security Groups should be based on the structure within your company.
Each employee is assigned to an individual security group in the Employees Module/Details Tab.
They work on a parent-child basis
This tree-like structure creates a hierarchical security structure which is appropriate to your company hierarchy.

 Audit Trail
The Audit Trail module displays a list of actions that have taken place by all users
since the software was first used.
The Audit Trail module shows the date and time that the event occurred and the user that carried out the action.
It also lists the Action and a description of the action.
There is an option at the top of the screen to show a Brief Audit or a Full Audit.

 Parameters
The Parameters section is where you can configure AMS and enter values that will remain constant throughout the sytem.

 Setup
Configure your AMS settings and determine if you wish to record absences using Days or Hours or if you wish to use System Years or Anniversary Years.
